Dr. Karen Hammond and her practice is one of the best you could possibly find, particularly for help with trauma. The space itself is soothing, and the practitioners are kind and professional. Telehealth is available for flexibility for those days you can't make it. Dr. Hammond is trained in EMDR, which has changed my life, and sand tray therapy has offered more insight than I ever could have guessed. I highly recommend her, and her practice. You're in good hands here.
This practice and all the people in it are so supportive, kind, and deeply knowledgeable. I have enjoyed so much personal growth while navigating some major life challenges thanks to my therapist here (Dr. Hammond). She has such a gentle yet real approach and helped me see life (and myself) through a new lens. I am so grateful for all the work she’s done with me!
