Muy bonita experiencia me encanto
My friend stayed here last night. Her car was hit in the parking lot , when she brought it up the the managers of the hotel they were very rude. According to the staff the cameras haven't worked in the parking lot for a year. They were Gaslighting her telling her is was her fault another car hit her car. DONT STAY HERE! Ruining the Vacation.
We celebrated our anniversary and decided to splurge for one night in Dana Point. We never could have gotten such an amazing view, breakfast and the other food experiences at the same price at nearby more tradutional hotels. The staff were all excellent and I will go back for Chef Rao’s homemade granola (and for everything else too)!
Beautiful and very clean and organized boutique hotel at a great location in Dana Point. The daily breakfast provided was excellent, and most importantly, the staff were very kind and professional. As an avid birder, I was up early like the birds and really enjoyed chatting with Stan, the night shift front desk attendant, who was a genuinely nice and pleasant person. The beach scenery and the birds in the area of course need no praise!
I really was hoping our stay here would be more pleasant since we booked 5 rooms for 4 nights to celebrate a parent's 80th birthday. The positives were the happy hour and breakfast; the service staff seem to work really hard to keep up--and were mostly friendly. The ability to check out beach chairs was also a nice amenity. The grounds, though, including the gazebo out front, seemed rundown in places.
