We're over 6 months in and they still have not completed the order. Trying to get any info on your order is like talking to a wall. Safe your money and energie and stay away from this place.
Worst lead times and very poor quality would not recommend. And good luck trying to get a refund
DO NOT TRUST THEM! Yall screwed over my brother with false time frames ( said 4-6 weeks took 19 weeks altogether ) did improper work on a bumper that did not fit his on blazer in the first place and did not allow a refund this is insane that they are still in buisness
These guys are reasonable people in terms of following their policy. But the craftsmanship sucks, the welds are poor, their tech is rushed, and the boss Brian is just that. Brian doesn't work on this stuff at all, so I doubt he really knows what this type of work entails. They won't even budge on how to repair their product. Ordered a bumper for an F350 11/8/24. Was told 12 week lead time to manufacture and coat. It's now at 22 weeks and the bumper still has not been shipped. Upon purchase, the website states if you pay 50% up front, the other 50% will be do upon completion of the product. I made that payment 2/28/25 thinking sweet, they'll be shipping it soon. It's been over a month and I still haven't heard anything about a ship date. At this point starting to wonder if there is even a bumper.
