Horrible company. I noticed the same dirt in the bottom of pool for several weeks. They never mentioned any issues until I asked them why the pool is not getting clean over last month despite the guy coming once a week and obviously not getting the dirt out. They will not return phone calls, emails or texts.

As someone who isn’t the most knowledgeable about pools, I rely heavily on Derwin’s expertise and appreciate his problem solving and hardworking demeanor. I use them for my weekly service after learning it can be harder than it looks to maintain the right chemicals and love that I don’t have to worry about my algae issue anymore. I had a concern about my sand filter malfunctioning.
