Job had started and I paid the money and since then contacting Scott or office proved to be difficult to get the job finished. Still waiting for warranty certificate for the roughcast despite all the emails and phone calls I have been ignored, which is a shame as it started well. O had to contact middle man to get the job finished as nobody from Blue ladder was bother after taking money to respond to emails and questions about finishing date. Blue Ladder recently completed the inspection of our new home. We are approaching the end of our warranty period and wanted a professional inspection. Tim was very thorough and responsive to our request. He provided a detailed report of all of our household systems, structural components, interior and exterior walls, insulation, siding, gutters, windows, doors and crawl space.
