I would like to share my experience towards the company. We had our AC fixed last year, as of recently our insurance company sent a different A/C Technician and we were informed that the parts were not placed properly since our A/C broke again. - Our first bad customer service experienced was when the representative over the phone was inaccurate with how much me and my family were going to spend, the lady over the phone gave us a different amount and when the technicians came they told us we had to pay $1400/$1600 after he f... read more

12.12.20 update- new repair to heating elements. Shawn was great. May 2020 -Our technician was great. Knowledgeable, personable, saved me a ton of money by identifying that the problem was a capacitor. Other A/C companies told me that we needed a full system replacement costing 7,000 dollars or more. At some point in the future that will be necessary but not right now. Thanks Blue Label Services! June 2024-repair after a major power surge from neighborhood work by Centerpoint. Jax was great.

Company charged me after I canceled the appointment and even Entered the home (Short term rental property) after I canceled the appointment. The issue still was not resolved. I had to hired my contractor back to fix it. Was
