12.12.20 update- new repair to heating elements. Shawn was great. May 2020 -Our technician was great. Knowledgeable, personable, saved me a ton of money by identifying that the problem was a capacitor. Other A/C companies told me that we needed a full system replacement costing 7,000 dollars or more.
