Not one to write poor reviews but I would not bring my car here if you’re considering having work done. Completely unorganized and unprofessional service. I took my car in for suspension work and they had my car for almost a week the first time and over the weekend. They also never returned my brand new tires after I specifically told them what work needed to be done. A MINI owner's trusted tribe. Everyone here is highly knowledgeable, skilled, and communicates well on scheduling and the work to be done. They are proactive, showing upcoming things to address and stocking relevant parts to keep us motoring. I don't race my MINIs, but if I did, this is where I would be getting all the upgrades and repairs. For now, they're my people for regular maintenance, like the new battery today.
