Not only did Mr. K. McCabe contact us, he put a hold on the car until we could get there and see. We purchased the car and he has been our reliable contact for some minor questions.
Though the car did not start (not their fault as the security system disabled the care from starting), the salesperson was professional and courteous. No biggie. They promised to call me once the vehicle was ready.
We corresponded back and forth throughout one whole day. This 2015 white Xts was our favorite car . It was loaded.We were really interested. But salesman didn't work with us enough. We have just purchased our 3rd car online Friday .A new used 2016 Xts AWD luxury loaded except for sunroof 13000 miles. I negotiate online and get an idea about my trade in. But salesman wanted my license and too much personal info. I made my deal over phone no Basle.
