I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the customer service team was unacceptable. I reached out with a simple issue and was met with unhelpful, dismissive responses and long wait times. Not only did they fail to resolve the problem, but the lack of communication and basic courtesy made the entire process incredibly frustrating.
This is seriously the worst rental company ever. They had me on the dark about my application for THREE WEEKS, went on to charge me for the background check and not say ANYTHING. Their screening person wasted my time and my chances of looking for literally any other place. Pretended not to remember I offered a co-signer and wasn't clear about what was actually happening. I don't think they get they are dealing with people. Very sad.
I have barriers to moving in. I understand that! What is not okay when someone tells you that they do and what they are, you don't go and make someone feels less than human because of that. Some ppl have outside circumstances that effect credit and jobs. Like disabled children and narcissistic ex-husbands! All you have to say is we are unable to work with you. Not go in and on about someone late car payments cause there child support is late and can't work cause of a disabled child is all I'm saying. Disgusting!
I inquired to rent a house in Portland and the Leasing Agent Kimberly was so rude responding to my email inquiry. I will not be renting any properties from Blue Key Property Management in the future.
As property owners, we were very satisfied with Blue Key. We used their services for over nine years. In addition to being knowledgeable and trustworthy, they attracted long-term tenants. We would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely choose again in the future!
