Unprofessional. Horrible customer service over the phone and in person. If you got a house to rent out find somebody else to do it through!
Receptionist is very unstable and abusive. Must be nepotism.No Company would have someone on the phones who screams "well, YOU called US...." as if they don't give a damn.And Kim also jerked us around about just SEEING the property. I guess people are LUCKY to see their rentals? Do they pay the RENT for the tenant too? I have a Business Degree, and this is FAR from business....What a shabby, crappy attitude. The worst.
I worked with Chris at Blue Key and had a wonderful experience and would recommend working with him and his team. His communication was great and he was very helpful during our transaction.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the customer service team was unacceptable. I reached out with a simple issue and was met with unhelpful, dismissive responses and long wait times. Not only did they fail to resolve the problem, but the lack of communication and basic courtesy made the entire process incredibly frustrating.
