First and foremost I will give credit to Kimberly and Amber for always being professional and kind. However, everyone else here is so unbelievably rude and combative that you don’t even want to submit a maintenance request because of how they’ll treat you. They say you're qualified cuz you're 55 and up but then they want you have three lines of credit at 55 that is so ridiculous and because of that just look for rent

I lived in a blue key managed apartment for nearly 5 years, never had any problems with management. They were very timely with any repairs I needed and always respectful. Would have stayed longer just needed a new space!

I have worked with Amber for 2 years. Each interaction is professional, attention to detail and she always solved my concern about the rental property. She is comfortable answering questions about all services related to rental property and able to perform many of the processes: evictions, move-outs, inspections, navigates computerized responses, people oriented, and makes you feel comfortable working with her knowing she demonstrates knowledge and skills to do the best job in this office and others alike.
