Context: It had been a long time since I had been a tenant and I have a rental property I manage myself. I came to my Bluekey experience with distrust and frankly a know it all attitude… that could have been toxic for the relationship but Chris and Amber were extremely professional, patient and competent. So much so that I would not only rent from Bluekey again but I would use them as my property manager.

First and foremost I will give credit to Kimberly and Amber for always being professional and kind. However, everyone else here is so unbelievably rude and combative that you don’t even want to submit a maintenance request because of how they’ll treat you. We moved into a home we’re renting and right off the bat there was a ton of issues that I won’t even bother listing. They say you're qualified cuz you're 55 and up but then they want you have three lines of credit at 55 that is so ridiculous and because of that just look for rent
