If you can’t do something as easy as replacing shudders, I can only imagine how slow you will be to fix plumbing issues. This backyard and garage is home to numerous possums and raccoons due to lack of clean up. Please improve before the next renters . 4954 S 143 St
Terrible experience with this company, hard to get ahold of and they took me and my roommates applications and it’s a 50 dollar fee per applicant , very unprofessional as they promised me if credit score was an issue we could have a co signer , instead they said the application didn’t go through and did not give me a reason why . They also keep your information on file even though they do not need it . BE AWARE
Add potential identity theft to the long list of reasons not to contact this company. We wanted to apply for a house after being shown the property and were asked to drop off a paper application in the drop slot at the (unmarked) business location because no one was there. We were told later that a lease was signed after we viewed the property and before our application was dropped off so our application was not processed. My husband and I rented a house with a preoccupied landlord, Blue Jay development purchased the property from him and treated us great! They were very responsive to old and new problems. I will always appreciate how the people there made our house a home.
Rented a house from them for 2 years. Found them to be responsive to problems that cropped up. Easy to deal with. Would rent from them again
