I am a very fussy/picky/critical foodie. I would prefer to eat home than to risk an unsatisfying experience at a restaurant. The Blue Jacket was an over-the-top surprise. Every bite of every dish ordered by each of the 7 of us was absolutely phenomal. Can't wait to return!!!
A couple of us visited Blue Jacket both last Friday and Sunday night as we were in town for an event. Friday’s crowd was busy while Sunday’s was calm. Both nights, the staff was very engaging and the service was fantastic. We only tried a couple of their artisan plates but absolutely recommend it. Very tasty. Pro tip: They have a good vinyl music system with a nice selection of albums. They also encourage customers to bring in your own favorite vinyl for the staff to play during your visit. Nice touch. I’ll be back.
Tried Blue Jacket for the first time this weekend. We ran into a slight snag when we first arrived. We had called the previous day to push out reservation back from 6 to 7. I was told this wasn't a problem but that was not communicated to the host so they were a little unprepared for us when we showed up at 7.
