Rip Off Florist – Flowers ordered. Ordered confirmed. Flowers NOT delivered. No one answers phone, goes to voicemail. No one returns your call. BUT, Blue Iris was quick to charge my credit card. Stay away, Far, far Away.
Dissapointed – I have received flowers from Blue Iris several times in the past and they were always fresh and beautiful.However this time was different. My arrangement was to be delivered in the am on Monday but was delivered in the pm on Tuesday. The roses were open and bruised. When Blue Iris was called on Monday, I was told they attempted to deliver the flowers Monday PM and I was not at work, which was not true. I am dissapointed that so much money was spent and the flowers are not fresh at all.
BEST FLOWERS IN NORTHWEST HOUSTON!!! – I have used Blue Iris Florist many, many times and they have always done an outstanding job! Their flowers are fresh, the design is always beautiful and breath taking and their prices are very reasonable. I sent flowers to my mom last week and she immediately called me to tell me what a beautiful bouquet she got! She said that everyone in her office was just stunned. I recomend – Well i have used these guys for a long time now and they have never failed on me. They are very helpful and i personally love their flowers. Ofcourse everyone at holidays they get hectic and sometimes just as anyone they might slip on their work, but if they do im sure they compensate for their mistakes. as for FTD i never realy do trust their work. I would much rather order right through their shop. Blue Iris Florist is a very wondeful florist and i would recomend it to all.

Never again – Blue Iris florist had my order to deliver roses to my finance for Valentine's Day Feb 14, 2007. No roses were ever sent on Feb 14 even after repeated phone calls to Blue Iris had their employee's lie several times that they would indeed be delivered. I called Blue Iris first thing Thursday Feb 15th and canceled the order. I also sent a formal email via their web site to cancel the order a voice my opinion. Late delivery and bad product! – Don't choose this florist, if you actually want your selection delivered! Although their prices might entice you, it's not a deal if the recipient never gets the gift! I ordered a birthday balloon bouquet, and 3 of the balloons were drooping by the time it was finally delivered, and the balloons were pinned with a safety pin to a worn out half-stuffed animal of unknown origin.
