I was initially pleased with *****'s service but after a 18 months he became unreliable and uncommunicative. Pool chemistry was unstable. My pool turned green more than once. I changed pool service the end of May 2023 but ***** continued charging me for services that I did not receive for **** and July. I was in contact with him regarding these charges, which he agreed to refund but he failed to follow through.
