Their membership is a scam. Cancelling cannot be done online or in person, even though you can sign up online or in person, which is against federal regulations concerning membership programs. Also, if you call, it takes days for them to get back to you bc they have 1 person that does cancellations. And if you’re waiting for them to cancel and get billed again, they do not care.
