I had similar situation as others. Their car wash damaged my vehicle. They blamed it on the manufacturer as the vehicle literally had 200 miles on it. They even had a detail business on the premises. They offered nothing other than wasting hours of my time and aggrivation. The managers are spineless and the owners do not stand behind their equipment. I honestly dont know how they are still in business with all the damages and blaming the vehicle. manufacturers.
It scratched the h*** out of my car and dented the top part of it Cant never get a hold of nobody called the customer service to cancel it to where they dont take the money out of my card anymore and get a refund and have them pay for the damages that did to my car.
