I bought my original dress on a sale event day and after a few days of deliberation decided it wasn't for me. I didn't know what I was going to do! It was non-returnable! I looked at other options in the designers they carried and fell in love with a pronovius that they didn't carry. The owner was wonderful and got the gown sent to their store so I could try it on. She also took back my original gown! I was so grateful and I loved my wedding gown!
I was recommended Blue House Bridal from my planner IndyGigz. I had been to two other gown appointments that day – Blue House was my final stop. I told Kim what I was looking for in a gown and the first dress I put on was MY dress. I loved my experience at Blue House Bridal. They heard everything I said I liked or didn't like about the dresses I'd try on, and led me to my perfect wedding dress. For a shopping trip that could be completely overwhelming, they made it such a calm and exciting day. The seamstress they recommended was perfect, and overall it was such a wonderful experience.
Amazing experience and great customer services. Indulged me while I went back and forth between dresses - and through making my decision. Shipped my dress to Chicago for me and loved the personalized note - made me excited about my dress all over again!

I searched so many places for my dream Essense of Aaustralia dress, and I chose Blue House Bridal because they were the only ones wiling to work with me to get what I wanted. Their shop is beautiful along with all of their dresses and accessories, and the girls who run the shop are friendly and easy to work with! Highly recommend.
