As an HOA board member, I highly recommend Blue Horizon Management Company for any HOA looking for a high quality management company. Our property manager Kyle is very knowledgeable and efficient and deals with any problems in a timely manner. Our HOA Board feels very fortunate to have Kyle as our manager. Blue Horizon also has a very impressive accounting department. I can't say enough good things about the team at Blue Horizon and how they have helped our HOA and community.
Our HOA recently onboarded with Blue Horizon. Kyle Ruiz-Hawkins is our community manager. The onboarding process was quick and easy because their system is excellent. It was straightforward for the homeowners and we had no complaints about it. Their communication is clear, concise, and timely.
