Was pressured to write a 5 star review not long after moving in. After 2 years of being yelled at over phone by Rob, and them not posting the notice of construction in the neighborhood or to myself or any of the neighbors we were all shocked wake up one morning to hear the garage below me being converted into another unit. Luckily my landlord dumped them. I’d avoid this company at all costs! The only one worse in town is Mission City Property Management which was founded by a former employee.
As a vendor Blue Horizon Management is great! As a business owner i am satisfied with their scheduling of work orders to be completed and their compliance.
Mark went above and beyond to assist me with my HOA account. He was compassionate and professional. He worked with me through my problem to a solution. I really appreciated his exceptional customer service. Thank you so much, Mark.
So far, my family and I have been living in our rental home for almost a year and it has been great so far. I usually keep communication with Patrice and she has been amazing. She has been helpful through the move in process and still keeps open and honest communication and is just a delight to speak to. They are quick to respond to work orders.
