The property managers are amazing. If there is any issue, they are quick to help you out and find a solution. The apartment itself is in great shape. Everything looks new.
They dont honor military clause I had orders to leave on aug 3rd but they said they are charging me the full until Aug 9th. Taking an extra 180$ out of my security deposit landlords dont care for military dont live there
Blue Horizon Apartments have been under new ownership and management since 2014. They have been completely remodeled and are all new inside, including new roofs, and new Air Conditioners.
This place gets one star only because i couldn't give it zero. This place is a dump the old managers never fixed anything and now the new managers are saying they can only give us some of the deposit even though we left the place better than how we found it, we even have pictures, they prey on military families who move around a lot to give them the ring around and never give back the deposit which is $700. Too much money for this crap hole. Avoid it at all costs.
