I reside at Arbor Glen and this company has taken over the Property and I'll just say it's horrible management, I have yet to be able to reach someone about paying my rent, no one at Housing or the Rental office will return my call, my next call is the City Council Woman. If you looking for a place to stay, please go else where because it's like they have it set up now to where they want you to pay your rent late, STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I am totally furious with this company! I don’t even want to give them 1 star! Every since they took over, The Apartment complex I live in is horrible. Cats all around the dumpsters because they’re not enforcing the trash rules, littering is everywhere, Pest control haven’t came out to spray the building, The place is turning into a dump! It’s hard to pay your Rent online because their system all messed up them they want to charge a late fee when it’s their fault! how do you demand we pay our rent on time but then provide inaccurate information on how to submit the payment, call the office for assistance and NO ONE answers the phone EVER AT THE PARK AT OAKLAWN. I do NOT expect to be charged a LATE FEE if you guys cannot supply residents accurate information.
