Blue Honu is the only pool company that has been able to keep our unscreened pool immaculate. We’ve been through many before them and it’s always been a tedious challenge to keep our pool blue and algae-free during the summer months. We’ve had them for several years now and we’d recommend them to anyone in need of a pool service company!
service was good, then something changed. End of rope was when the "tech" told my wife it wasn't his job to remove debris floating in the pool.
We’ve had Mark and Blue Honu for the last 3 years and we’ve been very impressed. They’re extremely communicative and always consistent. Great family owned business that we recommend 100%.
They started off as a great company. But then it went downhill. The DE filter wasn’t cleaned in the 2-3 years that we had service with your company. The spa stopped working and the company that fixed it sent me a pic of how dirty it was and how it hasn’t been cleaned… The last two times the tech came out, he didn’t even brush the tiles or pool shelf. We never complained about the increase in price because we want good service. But we weren’t receiving it. Thank you
