the first year I lived there was awesome, then things went downhill next 7-8 yrs. From kids (not even living there) parking their cars and drinking, doing drugs and having sex in the vehicles. As for the kids that live their they would run around all hours of the day & night TOTALLY UNSUPERVISED!!!!! Things weren't always fixed correctly or In a timely manner. When my sink leak for MONTHS. RecommendedYou can see great team work between the office help and the maintenance dept. I saw in the last two weeks the weather was awful the paperwork for new tenants kept them busy. Taking care of the tenants request and snow removal couldn’t have been better .
