The lady at the front desk called me selfish, because after 7yrs of my family using their service and countless times I have had to sit in the lobby to wait to see the doctor or when they stuck us in a room for 30mins waiting, who gave me the right to want my doctor to wait on me for a change. I guess I am selfish for picking up my kids from school and rearranging my afternoon to get to an appointment because I am not feeling well and it is not considered an emergency. They don’t answer their phones or call back. Hard to reach when you have issue going on. I do not Recommend .. communication lacks
I have been a client, for so many years when it use to be Mount S. Hospital. One of the oldest and most professional establishment of the Hartford community ever!
Lately the waiting time to be seen by a provider takes too long. I love the staff and the providers but they got to do better.
