I love Erin but her MA never returns any of my voicemails. It’s frustrating trying to communicate with her office staff.
This used to be my favorite pediatric office when was my children’s PCP, Dr. Atlas. Unfortunately, since the staff changes, the experience has gone downhill significantly. The front desk reception staff often appear more focused on their phones than properly assisting patients, and the overall customer service has been disappointing. Literally I have been a patient for over 35 years and I would not go anywhere else. They take time to understand you , do their due diligence to help in my care and other family members go there. I suffer in pain daily to hear a pleasant voice of Amanda with how can I help and she knows my voice . Erin Larson is a God send as she treats you like a person not just a patient . Dr . Belsky is my guy “he says hi my friend how are you. I’ve had several doctors there with some retiring and never will leave.
The lady at the front desk called me selfish, because after 7yrs of my family using their service and countless times I have had to sit in the lobby to wait to see the doctor or when they stuck us in a room for 30mins waiting, who gave me the right to want my doctor to wait on me for a change. I guess I am selfish for picking up my kids from school and rearranging my afternoon to get to an appointment because I am not feeling well and it is not considered an emergency. They don’t answer their phones or call back. Hard to reach when you have issue going on. I do not Recommend .. communication lacks
