The worst thing that could have ever happened was blue Hills Bank changing over to this scam of a bank. I have had so many awful experiences there that I am definitely removing my money from this place and doing business elsewhere. This is so devastating because I had been Banking from this location for the last 12+ years. While the employees are friendly this has got to be the slowest bank I've ever dealt with. If you don't mind waiting forever to make your transactions this is the bank for You!
Long story short, my account went negative on Thursday, I deposited a check on Friday and was back in the positive and on Monday i was charged a overdraft fee. The bank manager couldn't wave it because I already had one waved 6 months ago. My account went negative due to my mistake im not denying that, but to choose policy over your customers, even though I brought my account back to positive, I've had enough.
