I bought a Ariens 30" platinum snowblower for almost $2000 and the same year my recoil starter assembly broke because the guts inside are all plastic knowing that I had a warranty on the motor I brought it back to find out that was not considered part of the motor which it is! The owner told me the part was $50 so I brought it to a Nother dealer and I got the replacement part for free I would never ever recommend this dealer to my worst enemy!
