I can’t say enough good things about Miguel in maintenance. He is absolutely outstanding — not only is he quick and thorough with requests, but he also goes above and beyond to make this place truly feel safe and cared for. What really sets him apart is how patient and kind he is; he’s always willing to spend extra time answering questions and explaining things, which makes such a difference. HORRIBLE!!! They don't answer the phone or email, you can't go to the office because they have the door locked and don't want to be bothered. The property manager is a rude, nasty, ignorant person. She won't respond to you but will yell at you when she thinks you have done something and even when proven wrong, she doesn't apologize. She doesn't even email you in a professional manner - you get short, ignorant questions and responses. No response to your questions, though. The assistant they had was the same way. They go through staff like water - which numerous times just stops working - they don't do anything about noise, smoking - non smoking community - dogs attacking tenants - worst place ever. Raise the rent but give you less. Filthy hallways that are never cleaned, slow to remove snow, won't turn on the a/c in hallways when it's hot but has the heat blasting in the winter. Disrespectful property manager that thinks he's a god Rent went up $200 a month over 1 year yet they won't answer the phone or respond to emails.
I have lived here since the beginning (2018) and over the years have modified my reviews based on my experience. Unfortunately I am again modifying my review. Some of the people here have run off another great manager. She has resigned. She was doing an amazing job. My take on things is - unless the office stops renting to people who do not know how to follow rules and regulations and act like human beings - this place will continue to lose good managers, and go downhill.
