Be careful renting this company from Airbnb or VRBO. I had a lot of issues with the rental and wrote a factual review. However; in retaliation, Jennifer Esham, responded with a poor review that was completely without merit. This was extremely childish and displayed high levels of unprofessionalism.
We've used Blue Heron Realty a number of times over the years. The service is inconsistent. This trip, the cottage was fine, the owners did a good job of outfitting the place, and BHR had cleaned the place well. It started poorly, however, and I never quite got over it.
