Jen has been an absolute godsend throughout the entire process of selling my mom’s house under very stressful circumstances. She is very responsive and helpful, going the extra mile on a regular basis. More than anything she has been honest and fair - two traits that are increasingly difficult to come by. Jennifer was a joy to have as a real estate agent. I was buying cross boarder and also had no knowledge of purchasing a new home. Jennifer helped me understand the processes, set me up with all the right tools. Multiple problems had occurred but Jennifer was very understanding and accommodating. Jennifer was amazing to work with. We had many last-minute challenges with our mortgage company and Jennifer knew exactly what to do and who to contact to get them resolved quickly.
