We have lived here for 6 years and it has turned into a nightmare with the management changes. (It was wonderful 5-6 years ago with the original owner, Danny). Emails and phone calls with resident questions/concerns are routinely totally ignored, and there is no one at the “leasing office” to directly talk to about issues. After making several attempts to reach the office, I have decided to leave this review. They are charging me $40 for insurance each month even though I have provided them with proof that I already have renter's insurance. There are other unexplained charges and no one has followed up with me even though I have sent several messages and left several voicemails. We were here for two years and had four management companies. I've had to threaten legal action multiple times. We're currently being charged $75 for them processing $3 worth of utilities for a time frame that was NOT WITHIN OUR LEASE. And they won't pick up the phone.
