Julie is knowledgeable in her massage offerings and has a calming presence. She pays close attention to areas of focus, checks in throughout the session, and she is a joy to work with!
I went to see Julie, for a pulled back muscle that had been bothering me for 4 weeks. I was surprised at how much she helped me! Not only did she work out the knot, but she also gave me tips on stretches I could do on my own to help keep the problem from happening again. I highly recommend Blue Heron Massage!
