Very rude.
They could of responded back a little sooner.
We have a three yr. Warranty on our home with this company, and the service is terrible. I call time and time again no answer. And when I get an answer which is hardly ever, they tell me something I don't want to hear or don't come out at all. When our family moved in at first everything was on time but we have been here for almost 21/2 yrs., and our three yr. Warranty has not been honored . Not happy :(
