Throughout the inspection he listened to my observations and politely addressed such. He has excellent knowledge of the home construction world and approached my situation in a very organized and focused manner. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY $500 PLUS FOR A LESS THAN ADEQUATE HOME INSPECTION THAT WILL INEVITABILITY COST YOU MONEY WHEN YOU BUY BECAUSE OF HIS SHODDY INSPECTIONS. Joe came to my home for pre sale inspection and did a lousy job. He missed that my roof was leaking at the electric mast, never found heater in my master closet. How he missed the bad boot on electric mast is beyond me. He missed it on the roof and from inside. He’s too old for job and can’t get around in attics.
