Just finished the beginners stained glass class.had a great time and learned a lot. Mike is an awesome instructor!
I just finished a beginner's stained glass class. The class covered all the basics of copper foil stained glass. I felt like I had plenty of time to complete each of the tasks during each class. Mike was very helpful and patient. I think that I the class price was reasonable for the materials and the instruction provided. I walked in with no artistic skills, but by the end of the class I had a great stained glass piece and a new hobby! Amazing people & place, intricate glass work available to buy....or learn to make. Mike is patient and terrific teacher.
What a blast I had! Mike's a wonderful instructor, very knowledgeable and caring. Throw out any frustration, he will walk you through the steps so you feel comfortable. Loved my stained glass course, and yes I am trying my hand at it on my own with guidance from Mike. A fun new hobby!!
Mike could see that I was distressed over breaking a stained glass window when I arrived. I had brought with me several small pieces of the glass that was broken and told me immediately it was discontinued. I was sick! He searched through all the inventory he had but could not locate a piece. Then he decided to look through smaller pieces of glass and he found a piece. Not only did he identify the glass, find it, but he installed it for me on Isle of Palms. Truly a wonderful man with customer service at the top of his list!!... read more
