I am extremely dissatisfied with my Blue Heron home. The company is just like the houses they build: looks great on the outside, rotten on the inside. When we got the keys to the house, I was truly appalled by the condition and lacks of checks of basic functionality and finishes before handing over a piece of garbage which was our house. A ridiculous list of issues to fix ensued for a year after moving in. Getting them to fix the issues was a horrible experience. We still have new issues pop up on a monthly basis. We had a wonderful sales and construction experience with Blue Heron. Our sales person, Dawn Riddle, took all the time we needed to answer questions about the process and features available through Blue Heron. The construction process was timely, professional and they were able to make several changes on the fly. Highly recommend using Blue Heron for your next home!
