A hidden gem for both body and mind. I was so happy to discover this place. When you need time to reconnect with yourself, calm down, and recharge, it's truly perfect. They offer a wide variety of yoga classes, as well as sound therapy - I definitely recommend trying different classes. Each visit feels a little magical. It's as if the world becomes more open and lighter, as anxiety fades away and a deep sense of calm takes over. Thanks for providing such a wonderful experience!
I had an amazing and memorable experience here! The ambiance sets the mood to get you relaxed, the space is very clean, and Pam is just an awesome gal. I am a yoga teacher in training and got the opportunity to practice teaching here as my first in-studio class. I'm very thankful for Pam as she opened up her space to give me and my classmates a chance to practice our teachings! Blue Healer Yoga is the best! I love that it’s a boutique studio with smaller classes. It makes it a lot easier to avoid distractions and stay focused on your own individual practice during the class, but it also has given me the opportunity to easily get to know others who frequent the space better. I’ve taken classes with Pam, Ashley, and Christian. I’ve left all the classes feeling better than when I came in. Pam is an awesome instructor. She provided very useful feedback about my practice that would normally be missed in a bigger class. I learnes a lot while I was there. Highly recommend.
Pam is amazing!! Working with her helped me get to a physical and emotional place that I could not achieve with other instructors. The space is conducive for connecting and creating sangha.
