Second edit: I am adjusting my number of stars because they agreed to work with us on the pool plaster issue. Edit: I was encouraged to do a review before work began, which I did. Our gunite install was yesterday. I have no issue with the installers but have had multiple issues with the salesman’s empty promises and inability to listen during the quote process.
