Worst pool builder and customer service. Do not use Blue Haven Pools. Construction manager did not communicate was very unprofessional. Have not heard from blue haven in 2 months. Do not use.
Jon Williams and Mike Wilson have truly made the experience of buying and building our pool an absolute dream. Their professionalism, guidance, and commitment to excellence have exceeded every expectation, and we are genuinely grateful for all they have done. With the project now 25% complete, the process has been remarkably smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t ask for a better team, and we’re incredibly excited to see the finished pool and enjoy many spring days swimming with family and friends.
Their pools look crazy good in person — way better than the pictures honestly. They helped me figure out the design without trying to sell me on a bunch of extra stuff. Just straight, honest service.
The finishing on the pool is so clean and sharp, like something you’d see in a magazine. You can tell it’s a quality building job all around. Definitely a good investment.
The technicians were respectful and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s not easy finding people with that level of skill. Our new pool turned out exactly how we wanted.
