Very Poor customer service. If your read the review by Shelly Waskom, my experience is almost a mirror view. The sales team rope you in with a good sell and a lot of promises. Then, from the point the sales team is no longer involved and the construction portion takes over, the terrible service and communication starts. Our pool was a very recent build (January 2017.) It is nice that you have responded to the negative reviews but unless you address the poor and, even more frustrating, lack of communication between your staff as well as clients, I have no doubt there will be more than two negative reviews. Being a nationwide company in business for 30+ years is wonderful but the experience I am watching my parents go through now is terrible.
