Blue haven pool company is the worst. They installed my automatic pool cover in a wood box without a drain in the cover box and they kept telling me that there was one for several years despite the box filling with water and washing away the soil under the surrounding pavers and concrete surface and shorting out the electric in the box. I had to pay $21,000 to remove the box and ten feet of concrete and pavers and install a proper concrete box with a drain. Our pool ultimately turned out beautiful. The expectation of completion time that was given to us was about 6 weeks from dig day. It turned out to be about 11 weeks. Due to our yearly vacation, we were not able to complete our pool til late September. We lost a whole season. Communication with the company was very lacking. Our pool salesman, Mike Hunt, is the nicest guy and is very responsive.
