Very Poor customer service. If your read the review by Shelly Waskom, my experience is almost a mirror view. The sales team rope you in with a good sell and a lot of promises. Then, from the point the sales team is no longer involved and the construction portion takes over, the terrible service and communication starts. Our pool was a very recent build (January 2017.)
