Sorry if I am being very direct and a little harsh, but the Rep from Blue Haven Pools, John Nickelson came into my home with a very poor attitude and not mention he didn't follow directs and showed up an hour early demanding to be seen. I gave the rep very clear instructions on how I wanted the pools design done.I even gave the rep from Blue Haven Pools the design from another pool company. Just to make sure he got the design right.
