The staff at Blue Harbour are very knowledgeable at what they are doing. I have a 5 family in Bed-Stuy that had major tenant issues. It is a long process to deal with tenants in Court and I was assured how it would go. It went exactly how it was supposed to. Now we have wonderful tenants and are doing better with the bills. There is still much to do but we trust it will be done properly with Shawn and Jules at Blue Harbour Property Management.

My job had me relocating and I didn’t have much time in finding a property management firm to handle my condo that I have in Midtown Manhattan. I was given a few companies and I finally decided on Blue Harbour Property Management. I didn’t have much time to discuss placement of tenants and renovating the apartment, but I was able to text Shawn at odd hours of the night getting things set as I was moving. I have had such a good experience working with Blue Harbour Property Management. It has been 3 years since hiring them. The reason we began looking for a property management company was because it was taking a lot of time with a full-time job to handle all of the various issues that comes up with tenants. We had some issues with our tenants and were looking for a clean break. However, we realized that we would have to go to Court to get them out.
