Found this provider on the provider list from my insurance. Contacted them and was quickly offered an appointment. Then they asked which insurance I have, but after I told them, they claimed they do not take that insurance. However, that insurance is still listed as one they accept on their webpage today. After I asked them about that, I got no response anymore. Would give 0 stars for dishonesty.
Really poor communication (the office ignored several emails AND phone calls) caused me to go nearly 2 months with a cracked tooth. Eventually went to another dentist nearby who's first priority was fixing my tooth instead of worrying about insurance.
The staff were very kind and understanding to my specific needs and requests. The hygienist in particular was very accommodating, and the entire treatment went smoothly. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great general dentist with a variety of available treatments!
Dr. Wang, I just visited you this morning. You refused to clean my teeth during to I refused to do the X Ray. I just did the X ray in July 2024. That is my last visit. That is less than a year. You said that is standard procedure. I which is I don’t believe. I am outraged and disappointed. I don’t understand. Please show me the new regulations or the links. Thank you 3/8/2025
