I was very specific and asked to keep my length. Ask for a trimmed, less than 1 inch from the length and to add some layers. Obviously based on the pictures she cut way more than 1 inch. More like 5-6 inches. The girl denied she cut that much. Stated that my hair was not that long when I went there and that cutting the layers made my hair look shorter 😑 Like I didn’t know how long was my hair?!...
