Was just very horribly treated by the Manager at Blue and Gray self storage on Walmsley Blvd in Chesterfield. Myself and my father have had MULTIPLE issues with being charged late fees supposedly because the accounts weren't being auto drafted though they were supposed to. while trying to explain this to the elderly woman I spoke with, who also lied about needing a manger to remove BS late fees only to later remove it herself, her initially kind demeanor suddenly shifted to that of someone who holds literally no regard for p... read more
