Been dealing with them for years. But the new management don't care about their clients. Gates hours always changing can't get in after 6-7. They must not put out bait tasks for mouses cause I was working on going threw some of my stuff and found mice shit all in my unit. In the progress found a dam dead mice. I never had a problem till they took over. Called and left message since they close office by 12 on Saturday and told her to call me about a dead mice and if they treated the units. Kind of rediculous I can't get into my unitbon new years
This storage facility owns the car wash next door, so this review is for the car wash. We have been coming here for many years due to its convenient location and have never had any problems. However, occasionally, the change machine or the car wash brushes may be out of service. Also, the control panel that dictates the wash cycle could benefit from an upgrade.
I came here today because I couldn’t go to an automated car wash because of a crack in my window I went to one of the slots and it took a lot of my money and didn’t work I then asked the man who works here and he looked me dead in the face and shit the door so now I’m out of $15
