Old man at the counter was a jerk this morning. Acted like it was a bother when all I did was ask him to do his job. Having a dog bark at you when you first walk in doesn’t make for a good impression either.
Blue and Gray is a family controlled environment. Honestly and morality are number one in the running of the storage facility. As a long term renter running a business I was faced with rent changing from month to month at competitors storage groups such as life Storage or Extra Space.( both the same company). Once lured in by big discounts if staying more than a 2 month period your rent can almost double at these facilities. Cathy was so helpful with my move-in and continues to go above and beyond. This is a wonderful storage unit! I came from a prior Storage unit company in the area that raised my rates every 2 to 3 months. They have been so consistent and very refreshing and my rate has been what I originally signed up for. Great customer service and very well maintained.
Absolutely horrible! Have dealt with the Powhatan location absolutely wonderful to work with very accommodating the Midlothian location is closed half the time doesn't answer the phone pass gate hours 2X and both times were denied will never ever use them again. Go somewhere else even if you have to pay a little more! They are a nightmare
