I don't complain alot, and I know this will not matter because there is no alternative to Bluegrass Energy here. But this company sucks. With energy pretty much be monopolized in most areas complaining to others is all we can do. They cut my service off bc their system failed to recognize an autodraft that I had previously had set up online but had all of my checking information on file. Make it make sense. The constant outages and surges have ruined my appliances. I don't understand why we have to deal with weekly, hours long power outages, inside the city limits. I'd maybe expect it if I was in a holler, but I'm a mile from the interstate. In the 7 years I was on Berea Municipal utilities, I maybe had two significant power outages.
We've had multiple power outages (only 3 times in the past 5 years) and every time, our power was restored in a timely manner. The representatives were helpful and kind. I very much appreciate the work they do keeping power ro everyone. For example, our power went off today and in less than an hour, our power was restored. I'd like to say these people work very hard all the time to make sure we have power and we should all be grateful for their hard work. Thank you Bluegrass Energy!
Every time the wind blows, the power goes out. You suck!!
They came to replace their pole but ended up installing a new one beside the old and left me having 2 poles by my house. They did not tell me they changed their rules about power boxes, saying I was grandfathered in, yet being grandfathered in they still just left it rigged up making me have to pay them to fix it correctly. Nothing I can do, just have to deal with it. I'm disabled and can't just give them money
