We've had multiple power outages (only 3 times in the past 5 years) and every time, our power was restored in a timely manner. The representatives were helpful and kind. I very much appreciate the work they do keeping power ro everyone. For example, our power went off today and in less than an hour, our power was restored. I'd like to say these people work very hard all the time to make sure we have power and we should all be grateful for their hard work. Thank you Bluegrass Energy!
Every time the wind blows, the power goes out. You suck!!
They came to replace their pole but ended up installing a new one beside the old and left me having 2 poles by my house. They did not tell me they changed their rules about power boxes, saying I was grandfathered in, yet being grandfathered in they still just left it rigged up making me have to pay them to fix it correctly. Nothing I can do, just have to deal with it. I'm disabled and can't just give them money
I am in from out of town visiting my son and his family and staying in a room in the basement. I am on oxygen and a CPAP at 1 AM was awakened for my oxygen concentrator and my CPAP had gone off along with everything else in the room looked out in the family room downstairs and didn’t see any lights so I assumed that the power was out in the whole house. Bluegrass Energy- I am the only house without electricity in my area and everyone else has had electricity in my area; per the outage map, no one else lost electricity that lives around me - I am told I won’t have electricity restored until tomorrow. My question is why would I be on a different grid than everyone else in my neighborhood?
