love my car... they messed up the paperwork on my personal tags. I have called 3 times and 3 times they have said yes sir we will get it taken care of . 7 months later I still cant put my tags on my car and I may loose the tag I have for 10 years
Ordered for and paid for my part on February 3, 2014 to be shipped out the next day. According to the packing slip, they didn't ship it out until the 19th and I got it on the 21st. Every time I called, they would give me excuses and say they were very understaffed. Their customer service is non-existent. Wouldn't get parts from them again if they were free!
called and ordered a part and gave my credit card as deposit for then to pull the part off the car. They told me would be ready in 1-2 hours. I race down there from Georgetown after work on Friday to have them tell me they didn't pull the part off the car and there was no way to until Monday. I was left without the part I needed, and it was too late to call anywhere else. I would have given 0 stars if I could have.
