It currently has a bunch of noisy, rude people living in the apartments! But, I've lived here 15 years! The apartment is small but suits my needs.
The second floor is not wheelchair accessible. There is a large step up to get to your apartment or get on the elevator. Apartments are very small--375sq ft. That includes everything---kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. There is no real closet of any kind. There do have oak cabinets in the kitchen, and hardwood flooring throughout.
