I have rented a storage unit at Blue Goose for close to ten years now that in itself speaks in volume. They have always been prompt at addressing any concerns or questions I've had and have always provided a competitive price for rental

I have been with this company for at least 6 yrs. I would not go with another company. The area is always clean, my belongings have always been safe and I have not had any problems to needing to have to contact them. Also with today’s prices they have not raised my amount so very affordable.

Overall, it’s been awesome. I’ve been there over 10 years. There were a few bumps with the automated pay system, but they seemed to have worked that out. Rates seem pretty reasonable/ competitive as well. Would fully recommend.

Sharon is always ready to help in anyway she can. They understand that the stuff they store is important to the renter/customer. Its always been a positive experience for me.

Beware of this company!! They refused to give me a billing address, and the address I tried from online just resulted in returned mail. When I tried multiple times to contact them, they refused to return my calls. All I was trying to do was get the paperwork to sign the contract and obtain an address. After a couple of months I tried to go get my things out because I could never get ahold of the person. They had changed my locks. I called them and left a message threatening legal action.
