I wish zero stars were an option for this company. I am not exaggerating at all when I say I called Sharon 5+ times all week trying to get her to contact me back. No texts, emails, phone calls or voicemails worked to get a response out of her. Thank god I didn't give her any money yet. Most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of working with and I have worked in customer service for 5+ years. How hard is it to answer a phone and give an update.

Beware of this company!! They refused to give me a billing address, and the address I tried from online just resulted in returned mail. When I tried multiple times to contact them, they refused to return my calls. All I was trying to do was get the paperwork to sign the contract and obtain an address. After a couple of months I tried to go get my things out because I could never get ahold of the person. They had changed my locks. I called them and left a message threatening legal action. I’ve been using blue goose storage for a few months now and couldn’t ask for a better storage company. Convenient ways to pay, understanding managers, low rates, and clean and safe secure units. Dan is awesome to work with.

I don't want to throw it all away so I'll pay a monthly fee to store it across town and never go in looking at it all year long. People always like "I'm super broke" but then they pay a businessman like this just to hold their garbage. I need to invest in owning my own storage unit company. Y'all are really on to something!

This place is totally ridiculous!! the owner (sharon) NEVER returns phone calls unless you repeatedly call her and leave her voicemails because she don't answer her phone!!! The one employee she has working for her has no idea how to answer simple questions about payments and why the owner would send out letter stating unit will go to auction unless pass due bill is at 0 and pay in full the next month even before it's due and on top of that charge for auction fees before giving someone a chance to pay first!!
