Full Day at the Spa – I was surprised by my boyfriend with a full day at the spa. I thought the ambiance was lovely. I wasn't informed of what the schedule was, so I was not explained to how long or what the services would be. the spa was running behind and I feel that my services cut short, when I am on time... so should they. Hair services NOT recommended – I’ve been there a couple times and I must say I would NEVER go back!! On my last visit I had highlights and a haircut done by Laura. All this money later, my hair looked so bad when she was done that I actually left the salon with a hat on! Isn’t one suppose to leave the salon feeling good about themselves?? I’ve been getting hightlights for over 15 years and this visit was by far the WORST. Ripped off - DO NOT GO!!!! – In an economy like this, people expect to get what they pay for. I was recently ripped off by The Blue Giraffe Day Spa in Ashland, and due to this I feel it is my duty to warn other consumers. I went in to buy a simple one hour message gift certificate for a friend. While I was there, I also decided purchased a side by side message for me and my girlfriend.
